Managing Director
A civil engineer with over 12 years of experience in civil design and geotechnical investigations. Ndabezinhle progressed from site technician to strategic infrastructure management and founded ProCivils in 2020. He leads the team in delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions with a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Civil Engineer
Brian holds an honours degree in Civil and Water Engineering and has five years of civil engineering experience. He joined ProCivils in 2021 as a graduate trainee, progressed to Civil Engineer and has led projects across the company's engineering work.
03Wellington Zivuka
Finance and Administration Manager
Wellington has over five years of experience in financial management and administrative operations. Since joining ProCivils in 2020, he has supported the organisation's financial strategies, administrative coordination and financial integrity.
04Njabulo Mpofu
Quantity Surveyor
Eight years of experience in cost planning and construction delivery. Since joining ProCivils in 2024, Njabulo has supported budgeting, resource planning, project sequencing and cost control.
